Today was a great day. Well, it all started last night when my friend and I dined at Chikalicious, a fabulous dessert bar in NYC. Over a delicious (but I know I can do better) 3 course "meal" of amuse, entree and petit four desserts, I learned some valuable tips from the very wise chef. I left with those tips and acted upon them today.
